Anti-graft body orders for land report secrecy
Kathmandu, December 11:
The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) today directed Land Revenues and Land Reform Offices in the Kathmandu Valley to maintain the record of these offices systematically and secretly.
Stating that those offices are not sensitive to the protection of personal documents intact, the anti-corruption authority told them to follow the tune of the CIAA directives.
The CIAA found that unauthorised people have access to the personal properties in these offices and create danger for missing the files.
The constitutional body also told them to settle disputes between various parties after the appearances of both the parties which would reduce the tendency of filing cases against them in the court.
