CHITWAN: CPN-UML Vice Chairperson Ashta Laxmi Shakya informed that the party would be introducing an examination system in a bid to regulate party membership.

The examination would begin from Chitwan district on Sunday, Shakya added.

In a press meet organised today at the party office in Bharatpur, leader Shakya charged that the incumbent government did not take the task of Constitution implementation seriously.

Claiming that there was no essence of the Constitution amendment bill, she accused the government of registering it only to bring in more disputes.
