Defence Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ today said strikes and bandhs were no solution

to problems.

Speaking at the 11th anniversary of Kankali Community Forest Users’ Committee in Chainpur, Badal said, “A powerful land reform commission will be formed to sort out the problems of the landless people.”

At another function in the district, he said providing formal education alone would not fulfill the responsibility of schools, they needed to produce capable citizens.
