KAPILVASTU: Maoist leader and deputy commander of the PLA Chandra Prasad Khanal alias Baldev on Friday warned of waging a war any time. Speaking at a press conference organised by the Kapilvastu Revolutionary Journalists Association here, he said, “The Maoists are observing a ceasefire and war will come to an end only after a republic is established and the Maoist chief Prachanda will resign from the PLA post.”
