MUGU: Left alliance candidate Gopal Bahadur Bam has won the parliamentary election in Mugu by securing 11,034 votes, while his closest contender Hasta Bahadur Malla of the Nepali Congress got 9,861 votes. Naya Shakti Party candidate Raj Bahadur Bham could garner only 99 votes in the election.
