KATHMANDU: Joint Struggle Committee of Tamsaling Nepal (JSCTM) has warned of anti-government protest and a "symbolic bandh" in the Valley and Tamsaling on April 12. Issuing a press release on Monday, JSCTM claimed that its long-standing demand of Tamsaling Autonomous Region, proportional election system and proportional participation in state organs had fallen on deaf ears. "The new phase of stir is our compulsion", stated the press release.
