Palpa: The Newa Guthi Palpa solemnised Ihi (Bel Biwaha) on Wednesday. Thirty-two Newar girls participated in the event. No fee was collected from the families of poor girls on the occasion, said Jana Pukar Munakarmi, secretary of the Guthi.
