NAWALPARASI: Following complaints of irregularities, the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Butwal, began investigation at Nepal Oil Corporation regional office in Bhalbari, Rupandehi from Monday.

Information Officer at Butwal CIAA Arjun Paudel said their team raided the account section of Bhalbari Depot and seized some documents.

He said they were probing into various documents related to fuel, its distribution, and records of other branches.

NOC had earlier pulled the then depot Chief Dinesh Kumar Yadav to the centre after reports of irregularity in fuel distribution surfaced.
