KATHMANDU: Vice-chairman of the Unified CPN-Maoist and former Finance Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai has returned the allowance he had received for the last 20 days he had absented himself from the Constituent Assembly (CA) meetings. CA members have been widely criticised by the media for receiving allowance without attending the meetings. The allowance so accumulated is from October 27 to November 16— as he failed to attend the meetings.
