BHOJPUR: An octogenarian man in Bhojpur district died after his son reportedly beat him black and blue.

The deceased has been identified as Ganesh Bahadur Khatri (80) of Boya VDC-5, in the district.

Khatri was beaten by his son Prahlad over a family dispute on Monday evening.

Then the injured Khatri was taken to a local clinic for the treatment where he breathed his last on Tuesday morning, informed District Police Office, Bhojpur.
