Bhojpur roads in sorry state

BHOJPUR: The poor condition of roads in Bhojpur has hit passengers commuting to and from the district hard. The muddy road stretches from Bhojpur to Pyauli and Dhankuta’s Leguwa to Pakhribash has been causing inconvenience to passengers. For a commuter bus to reach Shyamshila from Bhojpur Bus Park, it takes about 11 hours due to poor condition of the roads. Transport entrepreneurs said cranes were used to pull vehicles stuck in the muddy Bhaisipankh road.  Ram Ghimire, a passenger, said buses heading for different parts of Bhojpur from Dharan returned without reaching their destinations.  Hundreds of passengers suffer every year due to lack of black-topped roads.
