Bihar CM for talks to end water woes

New Delhi:

Chief minister of the Indian state of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, on Monday urged Indian PM Dr Manmohan Singh to hold talks with Nepal on the issue of water resources.

Kumar said in Patna that Bihar has suffered a huge loss from floods this year also. He said he has urged the PM to hold talks with Nepal to find out a lasting solution to the problem.
