SINDHULIMADI: A woman died after she was hit by a motorcycle along BP Highway road section at Bhadrakali VDC in Sindhuli on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Ambika Thapa, 38, of the VDC. She died on the way to Kathmandu for treatment, said police.

Inspector Rajendra Thapa of District Police Office, Sindhuli said that bike rider Dipak Syantan, 20, of Bastipur was arrested and investigation into the accident was under way.
