TAULIHAWA: A bomb exploded in the chamber of the chief of the District Education Office (DEO) of Kapilvastu in the district headquarters on Friday.

Terai Cobra, an underground outfit in the Terai area has claimed responsibility for the attack. According to the police, no injuries were reported and the blast caused only minor damage to the chamber of the DEO.
