KANCHANPUR: A bomb was found in Khajuwa of Pipaladi Municipality in Kanchanpur district.

The bomb was found planted in a field of a local farmer Dipak Bhatta, said the Area Police Office, Jhalari.

The bomb found in the paddy field after the harvest might have been planted during the conflict, said police inspector Gyan Bahadur Setthi.

Nepal Army's bomb disposal team was called to defuse the explosive, Setthi added.
