BRB stresses unity among parties
Biratnagar, March 27
Former prime minister and Coordinator of New Force Nepal Babu Ram Bhattarai today underscored the need of unity among parties to ensure development and prosperity of the country.
Speaking to journalists in Biratnagar airport today, Bhattarai said this is not the time for any force to topple the incumbent government or form a new one.
He argued, “The parties remained busy toppling one government and forming new ones for the past 25 years. But it did no good to the country and people.
Hence, the forces must not repeat the same dirty game. All the parties should unite for development of the country.”
Bhattarai said the issue of provincial demarcation should be settle in all the proposed provinces politically.
He also said that seven provinces would best suit in the context of Nepal and the boundary issue could be settled through dialogue.
Bhattarai commented that PM Oli’s ongoing China visit was becoming fruitful. “This visit has taken bilateral relations to a newer height.
Our relationship with both India and China should be cordial,” he said.
