Kathmandu, October 23:

The Centre for Buddhist Studies of the Kathmandu University is organising the fourth annual symposium on Buddhist studies on Wednesday.

Eastern and Western scholars and Buddhist practitioners from around the world will take part in the seminar titled ‘Buddhist Views and Practices’.

The symposium also includes a silent auction of many exciting items to benefit the Centre for Buddhist Studies.

Leading scholars, including Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche, abbot of Ka-Nying Shedrub Mona-stery among others are participating in the annual event.
