CHITWAN: A pedestrian died when a bus knocked him at Gadauli of Rapti municipality, Chitwan, along the East-West Highway on Thursday night.

The victim has been identified as Krishna Lal BK, 50, of Lothar, Chitwan.

A critically injured BK died while being rushed to Bharatpur Hospital for treatment, according to District Police Office, Chitwan.

“The bus has been seized and the driver arrested and investigation into the incident is under way,” said police.
