A meeting of the Council of Ministers held this morning has decided to recommend the President to end the winter session of the Parliament.

'Time to end the forever war': US, allied troops to leave Afghanistan by Sept 11

The Cabinet will recommend President Bidya Devi Bhandari to prorogue the bill session of the House of Representatives effective from 1:00pm today.

The session will immediately end after the Office of the President issues a circular, acting on the recommendation of the government.
