KATHMANDU:

The Human Rights Organisation of Nepal (HURON) on Thursday urged the government and the agitating groups in the Tarai to exercise restraint to pave the way for Constituent Assembly polls. It condemned a clash between agitating groups and police in Siraha and called the government not to resort to suppression.
