Child activists and experts, speaking at a programme today, emphasised the need to focus on social awarness in society in order to minimise child exploitation. UNICEF representative to Nepal, Sumai Sakai said preventive methods need to be adopted for awarness about harmful practices prevalent in families towards children. Sakai urged family as a unit ought to be drawn to discussions to improve situation of children.
