LAMJUNG: Police on Thursday arrested two cadres of Netra Bikram Chand-led CPN Maoist party for their alleged involvement in arson attack on an Ncell tower in the district on Saturday.

Members of the party's district committee Bikram Babu Panta and Govinda Babu Tiwari were arrested by a team deployed from the Bhorletar Area Police Office.

The residents of Chiti Tilahar of the district were held from Bhorletar of the district.

Police said the duo including five had set the Hiletaksar-based tower on fire.

Three of the accused are still on the run, according to police.
