Charity begins at constituency for CA member
Sankhuwasabha, October 27:
Constituent Assembly (CA) member Pasang Sherpa today said he would use all the money that he gets from the state in salaries for development activities in the district.
“I will provide all the money that I get from the state in my capacity as the CA member to fund different sectors like education, health and other needy sectors in the district,” Sherpa, who was nominated to the CA through proportional election system by the Nepali Congress, said.
Speaking with party cadres in district headquarters Khandbari, Sherpa said that he would not take the salary and other benefits for his personal benefit. Prior to his nomination to the CA, Sherpa had contributed to the construction of schools in the northern part of the district. He had also arranged boarding facility for poor and needy students in a bid to encourage them to study.
