The Area Administration Office based in Dingla of Bhojpur has been closed for the past six days following the arrest of its chief Thir Bahadur Nepali.

Nepali was arrested after a complaint was filed against him, including two other persons, for maintaining illicit relationship with a local woman.

The family of Sushila Niraula, a resident of Tugechha-6 of Bhojpur, filed a complaint against the trio after Sushila got impregnated following an illicit relationship with the three men. Nepali was arrested along with Tulsi Bahadur Basnet, a staffer of drinking water corporation, and local businessman Rudra Bahadur Shrestha.

After the closure of the office, locals seeking service from it have been affected. The official works related to citizenship and passports have been affected.
