NEPALGUNJ: A minor was burnt to death and three others were injured while warming themselves and baking potatoes in front of a fire near their house at Basbadhi Municipality in Bardiya on Tuesday night.

The deceased has been identified as Sujal BK, 8, of the municipality, said police.

Police further informed that Radha Krishna Tharu, 14, Bikash BK, 11, and Sanjaya Rajhi, 11, of the municipality were injured in the incident.

The injured are receiving treatment at Nepalgunj-based Bheri Zonal Hospital.
