CHITWAN: A motorbike rider died after a truck hit the two-wheeler he was riding on, in Kalikhola of Chandibhanjyang-6 along the Naryangadh-Muglin road section in Chitwan district on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Shayam Bahadur BK (27) of Taranghat-6 in Lamjung district, according to the District Police Office.

The truck (Na 7 Kha 1349) was heading towards Muglin from Narayagadh when it hit the bike (Na 30 Pa 9314), which was also in the same direction.

BK breathed his last in course of treatment at College of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital in Bharatpur, police added.
