Organising an interaction in the capital, the anti-corruption watch dog directed the government secretaries to fight corruption in their respective offices and at their level.

Acting Chief Commissioner of the CIAA, Lalit Bahadur Limbu claimed that after the anti-graft body became effective in fighting corruption and irregularities, a flurry of complaints are filed every year.

The CIAA had invited secretaries and the special class officials to fight back corruption. Stating that controlling corruption is the duty of the government secretaries in their respective offices, commissioner Beda Prasad Siwakoti urged them to shoulder the responsibilities.
