Continuous rainfall is occurring in Bagmati, Koshi, and Gandaki provinces due to the influence of the Westerly wind.
Cloudy weather accompanied by rainfall is forecasted to persist across the country for several days, as reported by the Meteorological Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.
Meteorologist Govinda Kumar Jha from the Department highlighted that the weather in Nepal is currently being influenced by the Westerly wind, local winds, and moisture-laden winds originating from the Arabian Sea.
"At present, the weather is partly to generally cloudy throughout the country, including in the Kathmandu Valley. This pattern is expected to continue for some days," he added.
