RAJBIRAJ: Nepali Congress Publicity Committee Coordinator Ramesh Lekhak has said that construction works for postal highway from Saptari to Parsa would be initiated soon.

Speaking at a press conference organised by Media Centre in Saptari today, Lekhak said that the party was active to carry out repair and maintenance of the roads damaged by flood at different places.

He further clarified that the responsibility of empowering the people from Tarai, Hill and Mountain regions with their rights is now on NC's shoulder.
