BAJURA: Locals honoured a contractor for completing road construction work before the stipulated time at a programme organised at Badimalika Municipality in Bajura on Tuesday.

Contractor Bhuwan Rai of Kirateshwor Construction and Dilin Company was honoured with a shawl and garland at the programme.

The construction company had agreed to construct the road from District Forest Office to District Hospital under the ring road project in Bajura headquarters Martadi. Deputy Mayor Kabita Bista of Badimalika Municipality said the deadline for completing the road project was January 14, but the work was completed two months ahead of schedule.
