GAIGHAT: Two police personnel were arrested with drugs from Lahna of Siraha on Sunday.

The arrested have been identified as Head Constable Mahendra Chaudhary and police Constable Chuman Pokhrel of Area Police Office, Lahan.

Police arrested them with 13 bottles Corex. DSP Surendra Gurung said that the duo was arrested after the contraband scattered on the ground when the bike they were riding met with an accident in Lahan.

He said that investigation into the case was under way.
