KATHMANDU: CPN Maoist Centre on Sunday has finalised the name list of candidates for the first round of State Assemblies and House of Representatives elections.

Earlier, CPN-Maoist Centre and UML had forged electoral alliance for the provincial and parliamentary elections. Out of 74 seats, CPN-Maoist Centre has got 33 seats while UML has 41 seats, in 32 districts.

CPN-Maoist Centre has also nominated 16 candidates for the upcoming House of Representatives elections

Meanwhile, the nomination for the candidates of 32 districts for 74 seats in state assemblies would be filed today itself. The elections is scheduled for November 26.
