CPN-UML condemns Istanbul suicide attack

KATHMANDU: The ruling CPN-UML on Wednesday condemned the suicide attack in Istanbul’s main international airport on Tuesday.

At least 36 people died and more than 150 sustained injuries when three suicide bombers opened fire then blew themselves up in the airport yesterday.

Issuing a statement today, the party expressed condolence to the bereaved families and wished for speedy recovery of those injured in the attack.

The party strongly condemns terrorism in all forms and manifestations, the statement read.
