BHOJPUR: Sharmila Rai (23) of Timma VDC-5 in Bhojpur district was held on Tuesday on the charge of abandoning her newborn baby to die. She

had reportedly left the infant in a toilet after giving birth to it. Police said investigation into the case was

underway.
