BIRGUNJ: Chairman of UCPN-Maoist Puspha Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ on Saturday said that Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal's India trip was a very humiliating visit as it lacked proper coverage from the noted media of India.

Mentioning his earlier India visit Dahal said that it was highly sucessful as it was backed by the majority of the people. However, he did not find that support in Nepal's India visit, added Dahal. Speaking at a press meet organised at Hotel Makalu in Birgunj, Dahal said that the protest programmes for the civilian supremacy would continue until their demands were met.

He made it clear that his party wanted to reinstate the civilian supremacy in the country to ensure that the new constitution would be drafted on time. However, the demands of his party were ignored by the other two major parties—Nepali Congress and CPN UML.
