Dalits’ demands will be met, says minister Poudel
Kathmandu, December 5:
The society cannot make progress unless people are segregated on the basis of their ethnicities, Minister for Peace and Reconstruction Ram Chandra Poudel said at a programme here today.
Addressing an interaction on Democracy, Dignity and Peace Regarding Dalit Emancipation in Nepal, organised by World Dignity Forum to mark the fifth World Dignity Day, Poudel said the government is committed to meeting Dalits’ demands.
