DEO Kailali padlocked
DHANGADHI: The teachers associated with the Nepal National Teacher Union (NNTU) Kailali chapter have padlocked the District Education Office putting forward a 15 point demand on Thursday in Dhangadhi, Kailali.
The NNTU has demanded a halt to the school handover to the community, investigation of the irregularities in relief quota distribution of 158 and 36 teachers in the school. They also urged for an apology for the misbehaviour with NNTU representatives. They further demanded the rehabilitation of displaced teachers and an end to teacher's transfers within the district. But they did not padlock the exam section for the students.
