HETAUDA: The Deputy Chief District Officer at District Administration Office, Makawanpur is yet to report to duty following his appointment one and a half month ago.

The government after transferring erstwhile deputy Binod Kumar Khadka to DAO, Kathmandu had appointed Chief of Nakhkhu Prison, Tek Bahadur KC as Khadka’s replacement. However, KC remains absent to date despite being awarded the post on May 27, 2018.

The absence of deputy has created difficulties in the execution of tasks, staffers at DAO said.
