DHANGADHI: A youth died after being attacked by his neighbour with a sickle in Doti on Thursday.

DSP Dilli Raj Bista of the Doti District Police Office said the deceased has been identified as Rana Bahadur Rokaya (22) of Mahadevsthan-8 in the district.

Police said he was attacked by his neighbour Bhim Bahadur Rokaya (32) over a minor dispute on Wednesday.

Injured Rana Bahadur breathed his last while being taken to Kohalpur of Banke for treatment today.

Meanwhile, Bhim Bahadur has been handed over to the police by the locals.

Police said that the body has been kept at the Doti District Hospital for postmortem.
