Education expo to be organised
Kathmandu, July 14:
The Global Exposition and Management Services (GEMS) is going to organise an education exhibition in Pokhara from July 19 to 22.
Issuing a press statement, the GEMS said: “There has always been a considerable demand of
education-related exhibitions in other cities besides Kathmandu, therefore, we will organise the ‘Education Expo-Pokhara 2007’ in Pokhara.”
The main objective of the expo is to bring together career conscious people from all walks of life and career-oriented institutions, including education institutions, overseas educational centres/consultants, schools, colleges, professional and publishing houses under one roof, stated the release.
The release further said that the programme aims to provide career counselling and wide
range of quality books and publications to readers.
There will be about thirty stalls and the expected participants, besides from Nepal, are from
India, UK and some other countries, the organisers said, adding that they expect over 40,000 visitors during the exhibition.
