Kathmandu, July 5:

Prof Dr Bijaya KC today inaugurated the fifth Higher Education and Career Fair at the Direction Exhibition and Convention Centre at Tripureswor.

The four-day-long fair is being organised by Direction Nepal Private Limited (DNPL).

KC told the inaugural function that the educational scenario in the country is changing and students now have various educational courses to choose from.

“In such a scenario, education fairs like these can help students get information on the various options they have and choose a right career under one roof,” KC said.

The organisers said they expect around 30,000 students to attend the fair.

The managing director of DNPL, Trilokeshwor Malla, said they are trying to make the festival a calendar event. “Past experiences were very encouraging and we are hoping the same this year.”
