KATHMANDU, JULY 16

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli asserted that his government would accord top priority to education, health and social sectors among others besides maintaining good-governance.

Oli, also Chairperson of CPN (UML), said so at a programme organized by the CPN (UML)'s Kathmandu District Committee to congratulate the newly appointed Prime Minister Oli at his official residence at Baluwatar on Monday.

PM Oli reiterated that the incumbent government was determined to prioritize good governance and development with support from all parties.

The septuagenarian leader, who became the country's 45th PM on last Sunday, also pledged to work towards maintaining cordial relations with both neighbouring countries India and China.

On the occasion, UML's Kathmandu District Committee Chairperson Deepak Niraula wished PM Oli for a successful tenure as the Head o the Government.
