BIRATNAGAR: A 62-year-old man drowned in a rivulet Morang district on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Nara Bahadur Bishwakarma, a permanent resident of Lamatoli in Pathari Sanischare Municiplaity in Biratnagar, said police.

Bishwakarma was found dead in Guheholi rivulet nearby his home. The locals had informed police after they saw the body.

The body has been sent to the district hospital for a post-mortem and further investigation into the case was underway, police said.
