JHAPA: Police on Monday arrested an elderly man on the charge of raping an 11-year-old girl from Ilam’s Chulachuli.

Rangalal Dulal from Chulachuli had taken the girl to the bushes and raped her there on Sunday night.

Dulal has admitted his crime.

The condition of the victim is normal, said police.
