BHOJPUR: An elderly man died after being struck by a lightning in Helauncha VDC of Bhojpur district on Wednesday afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Laxmi Prasad Rai (68) of Helauncha VDC-1 of the district.

The body has been sent to the District Hospital for postmortem.
