MAHOTTARI: An elderly woman died of diarrhoea in Bardibas, Mahottari on Thursday night. 

The 60-year-old was working as a cleaning staff for the Panchudhura Hotel and Guest House in Bardibas Municipality. Her name and home address are yet to be known, according to Area Police Office, Bardibas. 

The woman had been undergoing treatment at the local Shubhaswasti hospital after suffering from diarrhoea and vomiting few days ago. She died in course of treatment last night, police inspector Chandeswar Yadav said.
