Ex-PM Nepal hopeful about earliest resolution

MORANG: CPN-UML senior leader and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the issues raised by Tarai-based parties would be resolved by formulating a political committee.

Talking to journalists at the Biratnagar Airport today, leader Nepal added that the issues related to delineation of provinces would be resolved within few days after forging a political consensus.

Leader Nepal had arrived here to address a party cadres' meeting organised by the CPN-UML Kosi Zonal Committee today.

Former Prime Minister Nepal added major parties were working for the resolution at the earliest.

He added that the agitating Tarai-centric parties were found positive to resolve the problems; therefore, the issues would be resolved soon.

Leader Nepal suggested the government to work more and talk less.

Similarly, leader Nepal said that the extension of the Council of the Ministers might be an compulsion.
