PARASI: Police have arrested two persons with fake Nepali and Indian currency notes from Nawalparasi.

Acting on a tip-off, a team led by ASI Janardhan Yadav of Armed Police Force, Parasi had made the arrests from Jamuniya VDC. The two arrested are Rajendra Pasi of Rupandehi Simerhwa-3 and Mohan Chaudhary of Nawalparasi Ramnagar-2. Police officers seized 137 notes in denomination of IRs 1000 and 100 notes in denomination of IRs 500 along with 100 notes in denomination of Rs 1000 denominations. The arrested have been sent to the DPO. However, other two of the ir group managed to escape, said DSP Rajesh Tandukar.
