Hussein’s murderers made public

Police in Sunsari today made public three persons accused of involvement in the murder of Fida Hussein of Chhatabeli in Duhabi Municipality, Sunsari.
Those paraded were: Mohammad Sakim Hussein, 28, and Mohammad Jabir Hussein, 31, of Chhatabeli, and Bishambhar Yadav, 60, of Sitapur, Duhabi. Fida Hussein, 54, was shot dead some 1.5 km away from his home in front of Jaya Baba Brick Kiln while he was jogging in the morning of November 21. According to Sunsari police Chief Rajan Adhikari, the murder had to do with financial issues.
“While Sakim had masterminded the murder, Jabir was arrested for abetting the crime. Bishambhar was the one who had helped hide the weapons used in the murder,” said the police officer.
Police further informed that investigation into the murder was under way on the chance that others could also be involved in the crime.
Police had dug up a pistol, its two bullets and a knife used to murder Fida Hussein from a pit near Laxminarayan temple in Duhabi.
