BIRGUNJ: Thick fog has affected normal life in Parsa from this morning. The temperature that dropped yesterday went further down due to the fog on Thursday. Thick fog has also affected operation of long and short route vehicles. Number of patients suffering from diseases due to cold has also increased in the hospital, according to emergency ward in-charge at Narayani Hospital. Farmers preparing for rice harvest have also been affected due to the fog.
